Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit & Final Payment A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for Tilley, (+£50 for Audio Guestbook Add-ons.) The outstanding balance is due 1 month (30 days) before your event date. If the final balance is not received by this time, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. 2. Cancellation If you cancel at any time, your £200 (+£50 for Audio-Guest Book add-on) is non-refundable . If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the full balance remains payable and no refund will be issued. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your event 6 weeks or more before the event date at no extra charge, subject to availability. If you request to reschedule within 6 weeks of your event, this will be treated as a cancellation and the standard cancellation terms will apply. 4. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as venue closure, severe weather, or illness), we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative date or offer credit towards a future booking. Refunds cannot be guaranteed. 5. Refunds & Credits Refunds or credits are only available before the final payment is due (30 days out), and subject to availability. All deposits and booking fees remain non-refundable.
